Return Policy for Book Sales

Introduction

Thank you for your purchase. We strive to provide high-quality books and ensure your satisfaction. This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds for books purchased through our website.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return a book for a refund or exchange if:

  • The book is in its original condition, unopened and undamaged.
  • You initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Books that have been opened or used.
  • Digital books or eBooks once the download link has been accessed.
  • Books purchased on sale or clearance.

Return Process

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at carol@strategicachievementcoaching.com.au to request a return authorisation.
  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • You will receive instructions on how to return the book.

Shipping the Return

  • Pack the book securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation in the package.
  • Ship the book to the address provided in your return authorisation.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund within 10
    business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a book for a different title:

  • Follow the return process outlined above to return the original book.
  • Place a new order for the replacement book through our website.

Damaged or Defective Books

  • Please get in touch with our customer service team immediately at carol@strategicachievementcoaching.co.au Changes will be posted on our website
  • Describe the damage or defect along with photos if possible.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
