Shipping Options
Domestic Shipping (within Australia): All print book orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We use Australia Post to ensure your book arrives promptly and in perfect condition.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping for customers outside of Australia. Depending on your location, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. Additional shipping costs will be calculated; please email carol@strategicachivementcoaching.com.au to ascertain shipping rates.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and shipping information.
You can track your order status through the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.
Packaging
All books are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your book arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt for assistance.
