Thank you for your purchase. We strive to provide high-quality books and ensure your satisfaction. This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds for books purchased through our website.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return a book for a refund or exchange if:
- The book is in its original condition, unopened and undamaged.
- You initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Books that have been opened or used.
- Digital books or eBooks once the download link has been accessed.
- Books purchased on sale or clearance.
Return Process
Requesting a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- You will receive instructions on how to return the book.
Shipping the Return
- Pack the book securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
- Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation in the package.
- Ship the book to the address provided in your return authorisation.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund within 10
business days. - Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a book for a different title:
- Follow the return process outlined above to return the original book.
- Place a new order for the replacement book through our website.
Damaged or Defective Books
