These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our coaching services and website. These Terms are governed by Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Service Description:
- Our coaching services are provided in accordance with Australian professional coaching guidelines
- Services include coaching sessions, supplementary materials, and agreed-upon communication
- We operate under self-regulatory standards maintained by recognised professional coaching organisations.
Service Limitations :
- Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
- Results from coaching sessions may vary and are not guaranteed
- We maintain the right to refuse service at our discretion
- Consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to our services.
Payment Terms
Fees and Payment :
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- Payment is required before service commencement
- We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers.
Cancellations and Refunds :
- 24-hour cancellation notice required for all sessions
- Refunds are provided in accordance with ACL consumer guarantees
- Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full
Consumer Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have certain rights that cannot be excluded, including:
- Guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill
- Guarantees that services will be reasonably fit for purpose
- Guarantees that services will be delivered within a reasonable time.
Liability and Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the resupply of services or payment of the cost of having the services
supplied again - We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses.
Disclaimers
- Results from coaching services are not guaranteed supplied again
- Clients proceed with coaching at their own risk
- This limitation is subject to your rights under the ACL.
Intellectual Property
- All materials remain our intellectual property
- Materials may not be reproduced without written permission
- You retain ownership of the intellectual property you share during sessions.
