Over the last twenty years, I have experienced an extensive and intensive learning process. The biggest lessons came from living my life rather than my formal studies. These lessons, sourced from my experience and that of my clients, have led me to develop a framework to help people formulate and implement purposeful, helpful, and, more importantly, fulfilling personal life strategies.

Applying the Strategic Achievement Framework ensures that actions and goals are purposefully aligned with your genuine desires and are more likely to be achieved through intrinsically inspired dreams and goals.

In this framework, strategic achievement has three aspects: strategic intent, action, and intuition.

As you advance toward your goals, the coaching framework’s components seamlessly integrate, unveiling your deepest aspirations. We will focus on each framework aspect during our coaching sessions, exploring them in depth individually. The process always starts with Strategic Intent, which sets the foundation for what comes next.

Strategic Intent

Strategic Intent is the process of identifying and setting a desired direction or path, setting out a map of where you would like to go and clearly defining the destination. We explore what makes that destination important. Strategic Intent is your orientation towards goals. Setting your intention at the start of your coaching lays the foundation for creating action plans later. This stage is all about the big picture and being creative.

Strategic Intent is about being clear on the ends and flexible as to the means.

Understanding, identifying, and harnessing the intent of your next path can lead to motivation, focus, and sustainability.

Plans without Strategic Intent risk being misguided and insubstantial. Intent married with intuition can lead to purposeful action.

Strategic Action

What do you want your life to look like? As your coach, I will support you in taking stock of your helpful and unhelpful behaviours, thoughts, and patterns. As you form a deeper understanding of what you want, are working towards, and intend for your life, it’s time to ask: What will you do to make it happen?’

As I work with clients, we move from Intent to Action through positive goal setting. We tap into intuition to ensure these goals and resultant actions align with their unique purpose and circumstances.

Strategic Intuition

As your life strategy coach, I help you learn to stop and hear your own voice. I offer practical guidance in understanding and applying your intuition. Life noises and the voices of others can make it challenging to listen to yourself and identify what matters to you.

I can guide you through understanding and drawing on intuition and give you structured exercises to access your intuition with clarity and ease.

Intuition is often dismissed or disregarded simply because most need to understand it correctly. I like to think of this: if the entire system is a car, and the action is petrol, then intuition is the oil. It is just as crucial to progression. However, the oil is drawn upon and refilled less often because it is more powerful and concentrated.

Intuition immensely aids decision-making because we do not have all the data points necessary to make a truly ‘informed’ decision. I help you access your intuition as an essential input in your path to achievement.

Understanding and applying intuition is the foundation of my Strategic Achievement Framework.
